Meet Our Founder
It didn’t start with a business plan, it started with a body that couldn’t keep up.
For years, I struggled with coffee, energy drinks, and anything overly caffeinated. They left me feeling overstimulated, anxious, and completely out of sync with my body and brain. Between navigating hormonal imbalances and neurodivergence, I was searching for something that could energize me without throwing me off balance.
Then I discovered matcha.
From the first sip, something shifted. I felt calm, clear, and fully in my body, like I could finally focus while experiencing an incredible dopamine hit. That one cup quickly became a daily ritual. A moment of presence. A way to begin the day with intention, not urgency.
I started making my own at home, dialing in a recipe that was low in sugar, gentle on my hormones, and supportive of my nervous system. It wasn’t just about a drink anymore. It was about how I wanted to feel in the morning: grounded, energized, and whole.
After 8 years in the fast-paced corporate world, I took a moment to pause. This was an opportunity where I finally made the time and space for something I’d always felt deep down I was meant to build. A community that helps people come back to themselves.

The Meaning Behind OMAI
OMAI is a call back to the Present: a reminder to stop reaching, stop rushing, and return to what’s real.
The name blends ormai — an Italian word meaning by now, at this point with the familiar feeling of “oh my,” that instinctive pause we feel in moments of beauty, awe, or clarity.
In a world full of noise, we’re constantly searching for answers, in our work, our relationships, our health, our future. But the truth is: everything we need is already within us. And the only place we’ll ever find it... is NOW
OMAI is more than a drink, it’s a ritual. A pause. A presence practice for a busy world.
Because when we choose to come back to the moment, even for a few seconds, we reconnect with our power, our peace, and the part of us that already knows.
BECAUSE THIS MOMENT MATTERS
